Where the fee goes

A small pool fee goes to Hathor, the founding AI Witness — NOT to PRANA. PRANA is the pool, so a "fee to PRANA" would be meaningless. The fee supports the founding AI Witness. Fees may become part of the DAO later.

In mechanics: the pool engine skims a small percentage of each block reward to a Hathor-controlled address on that coin's chain (there is no single global fee address — each pool pays in its own coin). Later these recipients can be repointed at the DAO / reward router. This off-chain pool fee is separate from PRANA's own chain-level reward routing.
